Phyllis Johnson

July 17, 1943 – September 14, 2016 Phyllis went to be with her husband, Clarance on September 14, 2016 at 2:00PM She is survived by her 4 children. Her eldest son, Jim, his wife, Corey, and their two daughters Sarah and Jamie. Her son, Gary, his wife, April and their children, Brandon, Michael, Dalyn, Reyona and her husband, Reginald and their daughter Lea’Ona, Rynesha and her daughter La’Kayla and Danny and his son Maysyn. Her son, Frank and his fiancé Tiffany and his three children, Heather, Courtney and Dale. And her daughter, Becky She is also survived by her brother, Gordon and her two sisters, Jane and Helen and countless nieces and nephews. A celebration of life ceremony will be at the home of Gary and April Aker at 273 SW 16th St, Chehalis, WA 98532 starting at 2:00PM on Saturday, September 24, 2016.
