I had met Homer recently. I knew the instant I met him that he was a sincere, generous soul. He always had a kind (and funny) word to say to everybody. My deepest condolences to his family. Rest in sweet peace Homer.

Im sure going to miss Homer for so many reasons. Have known him for so many years. Met him and his family when our boys were little. Met at a wrestling tournament and felt as if we'd known the family forever. That was the beginning of a great and special friendship. Homer was always there to root for my boys and their wrestling. When we lost their dad he was there. With just what we all needed to hear. He always said he loved my boys like his own. I feel the same about Fallon and Tyler. Homer I will miss your phone calls of laughter and encouragement. Your offers of help. You truely were one of the good guys and will be missed by so many. I'll miss your smile and you being onry. Soar high my friend.

I want to let the family know how sorry I am for the death of Homer. He truly was a wonderful person, one of a kind. I will miss our deep conversations. I love the stories Tony would tell me about their childhood shenanigans. Especially the story of when they were kids and they, Homer and Randy, would have this contest. They would put on the record "Kung fu fighting" and Homer (with his skin tight white Levis) and Randy would compete to see who had the best karate moves. The judges were Tony, Jimmy and Jack! Whenever I heard this story we would call Homer and tease and laugh so hard! He will be truly missed. Rest in peace Homer.
