Peter Richard Wolf, 79 of Winlock, WA died at home on March 20, 2026. He was born August 24,1946 in Puyallup, WA. He is survived by his wife of 57 yrs, Diana, his children Kathy (Eric) and Peter James (Shawn), his grandchildren, Brian and Summer, Sister Lucille (Kyle) and brother–in-law, George Bowen. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Irma Wolf and sister, Karen Bowen.
Peter graduated from WSU with a Bachelors in Agriculture Economics and served 4 years in the Air Force. He managed feed stores in Winlock and Chehalis before becoming self-employed selling grass seed. He was big supporter of the 4-H and FFA programs and bought many animals at the SW Washington Fair Junior Livestock Auction. While managing the Winlock feed store, he started the Winlock Food Bank and over the years he has supported several organizations in Lewis County including the Lewis County Gospel Mission. He spent nearly his whole life in Lewis County and wanted to give a helping hand to those in need.
Memorial Service will be held at Centralia Christian Church, 1215 W. Main St., Centralia, WA on Saturday, April 11, 2026 at 2 pm. under the guidance of Pastor Brad Brenner. Peter was interred in Winlock Cemetery on March 30, with immediate family attendance. In lieu of flowers gifts can be made to the Winlock Food Bank, the Lewis County Gospel Mission and Centralia Christian Church.
