Michael Sheets

Michael M. Sheets, 64, passed away, Friday, August 9, 2019, at St. Johns Medical Center in Longview, WA. Michael was born in Centralia, Wa to Donald and Janice (Schmitt) Sheets on August 16, 1954. Many knew Michael as a “jack of all trades” because he worked as a seafood delivery man, a cedar mill worker, a roofer, and he also worked for Western Fish in Tacoma. Michael enjoyed fishing, camping, NASCAR and pro wrestling in his free time. He loved his family and visits with his grandson Toby. He was a wonderful and loving father, brother, grandfather and friend.

Michael was preceded in death by his wife of forty-two years, Diana “Dee” Sheets, and a daughter Jennifer Sheets. Surviving Michael is his son Jeffery Wayne Sheets of Morton, Wa; Brother William Edward Schmitt of Randle, Wa; Sisters Joan Marie Amell of Morton, Wa, and Bonnie Lynn Schmitt of Napavine, Wa; Grandson Toby Wayne Leggett of Onalaska, Wa; and numerous cousins and friends.

He was loved by all who knew him and will be missed but never forgotten.
