In Loving Memory of Michael A. Ryan
January 16, 1968 – January 13, 2025
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Michael A. Ryan, who left this world on January 13, 2025, just three days shy of his 57th birthday. Michael was a father, loving brother, and friend who touched the lives of all who knew him.
Michael is survived by his two children, William Allen Ryan and Calissa Jean Ryan. He is also survived by his siblings, Glenda Bertacco (Jack), Karen Jensen, and Charles Glen, his cherish nieces Christina Dawes (Larry), and Kelly Kinsman (Reggie) who will forever treasure his memory. Michael is now reunited in heaven with his mother, Jean Long, and his sister, Cheryl Ryan.
A man of many passions, Michael loved to play board games and was known for almost always having a game in his pocket, ready to share a fun moment with anyone willing to play. His love for games reflected his playful spirit.
Michael also had a deep respect for firearms and took great pride in collecting them. He found fulfillment in teaching others how to safely handle guns, always emphasizing the importance of responsibility and respect.
Professionally, Michael worked as a computer technician for over 20 years at Mendelson Consulting and was a fundamental part of the innovative team at Noobeh, an offspring of his work at Mendelson Consulting, providing cloud managed services for businesses. He was always dedicated to learning the latest skills and techniques in the ever-changing world of technology. His commitment to his craft and his thirst for knowledge made him a respected figure in his field.
Michael’s kindness, humor, and passion for life will be deeply missed by all who knew him. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to NAMI – the National Alliance on Mental Illness in his memory.
Michael, you have left us far too soon, but the love and laughter you shared will remain in our hearts forever. Rest in peace.
