Linda Hill Obituary

Linda Lou (Church) Hill passed away, peacefully, on April 21st 2024 at her home in Winlock, WA surrounded by her loving family. She went Home to be with The Lord.

Linda was born February 19th, 1952 in Keystone, West Virginia, to Oscar and Elsie Church.  She was the youngest of eight children.  And loved by all of her older siblings.

As a young girl.. and all the way into her final days, she was always such a beautiful, vivacious soul.. with an incredibly infectious smile.  She enjoyed, very much, being outdoors...

Gardening by day and stargazing by night.  Some of her favorite past times were road trips to the beach.

However, those were not the things she valued the most...

She found her greatest joy in her family....

Wife to Jerry Hill (1993 to 2021 when he passed).

Mother to daughter Dana (Coleman) Wade (husband Scott Wade) and son Jason Coleman (wife Daleyn Coleman).

Grandmother to Tori Land, Tyanna Diehl, Bryson Coleman, Shelby Meikle, Shad Coleman and Jayce Coleman.

Great-Grandmother to 12 adoring Great Grandchildren.

Beloved Sister, Aunt, Great-Aunt and Friend to so many!

She prioritized time with family.

Hosting many holidays at her home over the years.  Everyone was welcomed with so much love and warmth...

She will be, painfully, missed by those who loved her.

We find comfort in knowing that she's at Home with The Lord and her beloved, Jerry.

As per her request, no services will be held.  In lieu of flowers, our family is asking that you please send donations to Assured Hospice of Centralia (1815 Cooks Hill Road, Suite B, Centralia, WA 98531)

They provided the most compassionate care, not only for Linda, but our family, as well.

John 11:25-26

"Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die."
