Leroy Ellis Bayne

LeRoy Ellis Bayne was a lifetime resident of Winlock-Vader. LeRoy passed away on January 19. 2026 at the age of 82.  He is survived by wife, Elna Bayne, at home, brother-in-law, Jeff Allison and sister-in-law Eva Allison, sister Diane Skeen of Florida, a niece Carolann and nephew Gordon both of Florida, a nephew Wyatt Allison of Portland, OR, and a niece Victoria Allison of Longview, WA.
