Julie Ann Carr, a beloved wife, mother,grandmother and sister, passed awayNov. 11, 2018, in Chehalis, Wash. She was anexceptional artist and her paintings are highly valued by thosefortunate enough to possess one.She is preceded in death by her son, Ryan.Julie is survived by her husband Tim; son, Jeff;grandchildren, Celeste and Micah; and brother, Steve. Julie was a very kind, caring and giving person.She touched so many with her vibrant spirit.She had a way of making people smile. You couldn’t help it,with her impish grin and infectious laughter.She was always a bright light in the room, sharing a little bit of sunshine with everyone she encountered.
