Joyce A. Taylor (Humphrey) passed away naturally on January 12th, 2026, in her home of Winlock, WA. She remained in a lively spirit until she was 69 years old. Born in Canada on April 16th, 1956, to Clayton Earl Humphrey and Jane Parker.
Then, she went on to graduate with her GED and began her devoted career in hospitality. Throughout her journey Joyce kept faithful to her friends and family, enjoying countless conversations as she served drinks at any local establishment around. Many people in town shared a laugh with Joyce at places such as Club Tavern or Frank’s Hideaway, where she retired from in 2023.
Joyce is lying peacefully to rest and is survived by her two sons, Daniel and Christopher Leseman, and her three grandchildren, Hailey, Rylan, and Mason. Preceded in death before her is one brother, John. In remembrance of Joyce’s memory and her vibrant life there will be a Celebration of Life held in Winlock on February 28, 2026 at 11 AM at the Winlock Community Building followed by a potluck luncheon and time of reflecting on memories with a graveside urn niche placement at Winlock Cemetery at 2 pm.
