John Allen Lucas passed away on February 1, 2025 at the age of 85. He was born to Randolph and Lucille Lucas in Oklahoma October 4, 1939. After being in the Navy he settled in Las Vegas and then Washington. John married Janet in 1979 where they blended two families together. John having five and Janet having three children. They were the Brady Brunch of the Northwest. They have grown from eight children to eight grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. John and Janet took over her father’s Christmas tree farm in Onalaska, WA. They both were active members of The Farm Bureau. He was proceeded in death by his father Randolph and mother Lucille and by one daughter Jane and his beloved wife Janet. He is survived by daughters Mary of Bremerton, WA, Jo Ann of Tacoma, WA, Shannon of Onalaska, WA, Penny of Tacoma, WA, and Kelly of Lebanon, OR. And by his sons: Randy of Allen, WA, and Ian of Onalaska, WA.
A graveside service will be held at Claquato Cemetery on Saturday, Feb. 15, 2025 at 11 AM.
After the service there will be refreshments available at the Veterans Memorial Museum 100 SW Veterans Way Chehalis, WA 98532
