Jennie Mae Jacobi (Sweazy), born on December 6, 1949, in Effingham, Illinois, to William Ora Sweazy and Ella Sweazy (Swisher), passed away unexpectedly on December 11, 2024, in Mineral, Washington. She was 75 years old.
On January 18, 1969, Jennie married the love of her life, Robert Jacobi Sr., beginning a devoted partnership that spanned over five decades. Together, they built a family filled with love, laughter and cherished memories.
Jennie is survived by her husband, Robert Jacobi Sr.; her children: Robert Jacobi Jr. and his wife Brenda Jacobi, Travis Jacobi, Kam Layman (Jacobi) and her husband Corey Layman; her grandchildren Payge Blake (Layman), Wyatt Layman, Justin Royle, Rebecca Royle, and her great-grandchildren: Oliver Blake, Amelia Blake, Mikal Jacobi, Jordan Jacobi, Eleanor Jacobi, Corbin Jacobi, Kiersten McManus, Zhoie McManus, Brooke Royle, Baylee Royle, Paisly Royle, Morgan Royle and her brother Mike Sweazy.
Her brother David Sweazy and grandson Tyler Jacobi preceded her in death.
Jennie’s life was defined by her unwavering dedication to her family. Her legacy lives on through the countless lives she touched with her kindness and warmth. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
