Jacqueline Romero, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, veteran and friend, passed away on September 6, 2025, at the age of 58. Born on April 16, 1967, in Chehalis, Washington, Jacqueline’s larger-than-life personality brought joy to everyone who crossed her path.
Jacqueline is survived by her loving husband, Octavio Romero, her devoted mother and father, Melanie and Victor Fagerness, and her five cherished children: Walter Roane, Wilfrido Sanchez, Alakai Romero, Chrisma Juarez, and Anna Haydu. She also leaves behind a precious legacy of grandchildren, whom she adored deeply and whose lives were brighter with her love and care. Known for her boisterous energy, boundless love, and vibrant spirit, Jacqueline lit up every room she entered. Her sense of humor was unmatched, always ready to make others laugh. Whether it was with a warm embrace, a kind word, or her signature laughter, Jacqueline’s presence was a gift to all who knew her.
Her deep love for her family, especially her grandchildren, was at the core of her being. She cherished every moment spent with them, creating memories that will live on in their hearts forever.
