Clifford Eugene Specht, born in Scottsbluff, Nebraska on May 13, 1946, to Alex Specht and Mary Reichert, passed away at his home in Chehalis, WA surrounded by his family on April 25th, 2022. Cliff grew up in Scottsbluff, NE and Torrance, CA. He is preceded in death by his parents Alex and Mary (Reichert) Specht and his sister Janice Singer. He is survived by his brother Richard (Joanne) Specht of Grand Junction, CO, his wife Christina Specht, his four children, (Mike)Amie White, David (Taneil) Specht, D.J. Specht, Jaclyn (Richard) Silva and 16 grandchildren.
Cliff was known for being a faithful friend and hard worker who loved and cheered for the underdog. He never missed a service project and ministered to those that needed help. He had a special ability to encourage and expect the best out of all he interacted with as a teacher, football and wrestling coach, wrestling referee, church youth leader, bus driver in his retirement and faithful friend. He was a loyal husband, dedicated father, proud grandfather, and a devoted follower of Jesus Christ.
Funeral Services will be held on May 14th at 3pm at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints chapel on 2195 Jackson Highway Chehalis, WA 98532.
He will be buried at the Country View Cemetery, Sheffield Road Basin City, WA on May 6th at 3pm.
