Charlene Sue Weber was born in Oregon but spent a majority of her life in Washington when she wasn't traveling all over the world visiting far off places. She was an accomplished master gardener while enjoying retirement. Char is survived by her four children Lavonna Sue James-Liberty, Arnold William James, Angela Marie Bartholomew, (Thomas)Shane Van Tassel, step-son John Brent Steady. 20 grand children and 34 great grand children.

Char was a wife, mom, grandmother and great grandmother, sister and friend. Everyone fortunate enough to have met her loved her.
