William “Bill” Russell Stucki, age 59, from Mossyrock, WA, passed away Monday July 15th, 2019. Born to Benjamin and Joan Stucki in Dallas, Texas and one of 3 children. Bill graduated from Sequim High School in 1978 and then moved to Alaska to begin a career in commercial crab fishing and salmon seining. In 1996 he began working with Brusco Tug & Barge and worked his way to Captain. Bill married Elizabeth Fisher in 1990 and then settled in Mossyrock in 1994 where they had 3 children, Anna, Samuel and Joseph. Known around town as Tugboat Bill, he will forever be remembered for his great sense of humor. Bill was preceded in death by his parents Joan and Ben. Bill was survived by his siblings Jennifer and John, his wife, three children and countless nephews, nieces and cousins.
