- About Us
Kimberly Ann (Carrillo) Terry, 52, of Winlock was called home to Heaven after a short battle with cancer on September 12th, 2018 surrounded by her family, holding her husband’s hand. Kim was born in Santa Rosa, CA on May 28th, 1966. She always referred to herself as a “Navy Brat” and traveled all of her childhood until her family settled in 1983 in her mother’s home town of Napavine. In June of 1987 Kim met the love of her life, Fred J. Terry of Igo, CA. They made Winlock their home. Kim enjoyed volunteering at the school in special education, coached youth cheerleading, and was a Girl Scout leader. Kim would say her biggest accomplishment in life was being able to stay home and raise her 4 children and 5 grandchildren. She is survived by her parents Ann L. (Roberts) and Albert “Lynn” Withey, of Napavine and Lewis L. Carrillo Jr. of Santa Rosa, CA. Her husband of 31 years, Fred J. Terry. Her children: Michael (Kellie) Carrillo of Onalaska, Amber Norman of Winlock, Justin (Holly) Terry of Winlock, and Brandy (Kris Smith) Terry of Winlock. Her 5 grandchildren: Kaylie, Kelsie, Lilliana, Melodee, and Tucker. Her brothers: Robert E. Withey of Hillsboro, OR and Brandon L. Withey of New Orleans, LA. Many nieces and nephews, and of course her beloved dog “Tink”. She is reunited in Heaven with her brother Lewis L. Carrillo III, and her mother-in-law Joyce Joann (Holcomb) Terry. A celebration of life pot luck will be held on September 29th, 2018 at 3PM-7 PM at The Hope Grange in Winlock, open to the community. Kim’s first born child, Michael L. Carrillo will officiate. Donations may be made to the “Kim and Fred Terry Cancer Relief Fund” at the Timberland Bank; or contributed to a fundraiser hosted by Small Acts of Kindness Organization, on October 6th, 2018, 1-10PM at Olequa Senior Center in Winlock. The Terry family would like to thank the Small Acts of Kindness Organization, Winlock Fire Department Dist. #15, Cattermole Funeral Home, the Winlock School District, the Lewis County Area #3 Road Shop Family, and Assured Hospice for your overwhelming love and support through this time.
