James “Jim” Leroy Bartley, was born Jan.23, 1962 and passed away from cancer Aug. 13, 2018. He is survived by 4 brothers, 3 sisters and a mother he was very dear to. He also leaves nieces and nephews that he thought of as “my kids”, friends and Rick Chapman the friend he worked for and with. He will be greatly missed by all that new and loved him.
