Bonnie was born on August 26, 1950 in Kansas City, Missouri to Russell and Jeannie Neil. She was raised in a large family consisting of two older brothers; David and Richard (Bubby), and she had two older sisters; Liz and Sandy. Bonnie also had three younger sisters; Brenda, Judy and April. The large family moved all over the country but finally landed in the Great Pacific Northwest. Bonnie married, had daughter Susan and moved to Skagit County. They lived in Marblemount WA, being no stranger to hard work, Bonnie worked with her husband doing construction and building houses. In 1988 Bonnie relocated to Lewis County. In 1990 at age 40 Bonnie gave birth to twin boys; Nicholas and Anthony. They moved to Winlock in 1992. She had a green thumb and a love for flowers. Bonnie loved to cook and was a very talented chef. Her door was open to all and everyone was welcome at her table. She lived in Winlock for 26 years until her passing at her home on First Street. She is survived by her three children Susan, Nicholas and Anthony, her five grandchildren; Cody, Kayla, Payton, Brantley and Bryar, plus many nieces and nephews. She joins her mom, dad, brother David and sister Brenda in heaven.
