Robert T Steele

Robert Timothy Steele went home to be with the lord on May 24, 2017, after a long battle with COPD. He was born to Helen and Burl Steele in Winslow, AZ on March 3, 1938. Tim grew up in Montana, graduating from Cascade High School in 1956. He was a proud member of the United States Navy, both in the reserves and active duty, for 6 years. He always looked back fondly on his time in the service, the friends he made, and the chance to see the world. Tim married Debbie Foote on April 28, 1973. Together they raised two children, Ben and Amy. Tim was a proud father, and an even prouder grandfather to Anna, Emmy, Brooke, and Eden. He loved being a part of their lives and made sure to help plan for their futures. He had a generous and giving heart, and those who knew him loved him. Tim is survived by his beloved wife Debbie, daughter Amy (Roy) Larson; sister, Sue Ann of Arizona; sister-in-law, Donna Rae, Texas; numerous nieces and nephew, and his children, Rob and Michelle, from a previous marriage. He was preceded in death by his parents and 3 siblings. Also by sons, Ben and James. Tim loved the Lord very much and we are grateful for him to now be at peace.
