Jean Elliott

Jean Elliott died peacefully on Saturday, July 9th at Sunnyside Hospital in Portland, Oregon. She was born on March 30, 1935 in Centralia, Washington.

Preceded by her husband, Burl, in 2012; Jean is survived by her children, Robert Marsyla, Ken Marsyla and David Marsyla all from Winlock. She is survived by stepdaughters; Joyce Strain, Patti Willis and Brenda Gold, all from Vancouver, Wa. Jean is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She will be missed greatly by numerous friends and other relatives.

Jean was very active in music for much of her life. She played in a band for many years with her beloved sister, Janet. She also was a talented accordionist and keyboard player. Jean loved to bowl and was involved in a bowling league for many years. Jean treasured her garden, a garden that brought her much happiness and pride. Her children meant the world to Jean, they were her greatest happiness.
